On Tuesday, January 26, 2022, In Columbus Junction, Iowa. During a City council meeting, members of Escucha Mi Voz are holding signs and, asking for economical relief from the ARPA funds (The American Rescue Plan Act) to help them alíviate some of the expenses and behind payments of rent, medical, funeral, and other behind bills, due to the extreme effects of COVID-19 on the Latino community, especially workers from the Meat Packing Plant Tyson and other essential excluded workers.
